Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. You may request a return within 30 days upon receiving your items.

Return Requirements Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unused, with all original tags and intact packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Once your return request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with detailed shipping instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us immediately if you receive defective, damaged or incorrect items, so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Promotional items and gift cards are also non-returnable. Please contact us if you have any questions about a specific product.

The fastest way to get your desired item is to return your original purchase and place a new order once your return is approved.

Notwithstanding the above terms, for orders delivered to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order or return items within 14 days without giving any reason. Items must be kept unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging. Proof of purchase is mandatory.

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your returned goods to confirm whether your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks or card issuers may need additional time to post the refund to your account.
